It's comforting to know a company like Bio-One exists in Denver. I hope I never need to use them as they specialize in crime scene cleanup. Their motto is help first and business second. They are heavily involved with the Sheriffs offices of CO and will be available in a time of need.

Bio-One was there for us with every step of the way during cleanup after the death of a family member. The team was responsive, empathetic, organized, efficient, helpful and thorough. Highly recommended for biohazard remediation, deep cleaning, trash removal and overall helpfulness should you be in a position to need their services.

Gregg and the cleanup team assigned were kind, considerate, and efficient. A relative had died and had not been discovered for several days. We appreciated the timely response and efficient removal of contaminated materials. Their approach made a terrible situation as quick and simple as possible.

From the get go when Greg came out to look at moms house he was very professional and compassionate. The day the job started everyone in the team worked hard, followed direction, even made time to listen to moms stories which made it easier on her to let things go. Overall the team was amazing and did a wonderful job exceeding all our expectations. Definitely recommend highly.

We are renting a house that was previously occupied by hoarders, so I contacted Gregg and his team at Bio-One to come out and look at the property. To my delight and surprise, Gregg was open and honest and let us know that his services were probably not going to be the most cost efficient for our needs - he recommended another cleaner and was honest about saving us hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. While I didn't use Bio-One's services, I would recommend them 100 times over for their excellent customer service and best business practices!

Bio-One made a very difficult situation much easier. A relative had a communicable disease and passed away in the house but was not discovered for some days. Bio-One not only cleaned and disinfectd all surfaces but also removed carpeting. Since hoarding was a problem, they helped with saving documents and valuables and disposing of the rest. Their charges were reasonable and they helped with the insurance. They solved in a few days a problem that would have take my family weeks deal with.
